01. HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

💳 10,000 VND spent = 1 point

Every 10,000 VND actually paid = 1 PAPIS Membership point.

• 100,000 VND → 10 points

• 300,000 VND → 30 points

• 500,000 VND → 50 points

Points are calculated based on the amount actually paid after discounts or promotions.

💡 Amounts below 10,000 VND will be carried over to your future payments.

Example: Pay 105,000 VND → 10 points + 5,000 VND carried over.

02. REDEEM POINTS FOR VOUCHERS

Once you have 100 points, you can redeem them for PAPIS Vouchers.

• 100 points → 50,000 VND

• 200 points → 100,000 VND

• 500 points → 250,000 VND

How to redeem

Choose a Voucher → Redeem Points → The Voucher will be saved in “My Vouchers”.

The corresponding points will be deducted from your account after redemption.

03. HOW DO I USE MY VOUCHER?

Vouchers can be used from your next visit to PAPIS and cannot be applied to the bill used to redeem the points.

Usage Rules

① Available from your next payment
The Voucher becomes available for use on your next visit after redemption.

② Up to 50% of the bill value
The Voucher amount used cannot exceed 50% of the total bill.

Example: 500,000 VND bill → 100,000 VND Voucher → 400,000 VND to pay.

💡 The amount actually paid after using the Voucher will still earn points for your next visit.

04. CAN I EARN POINTS WHEN USING A VOUCHER?

Yes. Points are calculated based on the amount actually paid after using the Voucher.

The amount covered by the Voucher does not earn points.

Example: 500,000 VND bill → 100,000 VND Voucher → 400,000 VND paid → 40 points earned.

05. CAN VOUCHERS BE COMBINED?

Vouchers can be used according to the value and conditions of each Voucher.

Vouchers cannot be combined with other Vouchers or special promotions, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

06. POINT & VOUCHER EXPIRY

💳 Membership Points

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be used to redeem Vouchers.

🎟️ Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of redemption. The issue date and expiry date are displayed in “My Vouchers”.

Expired Vouchers cannot be refunded in points.

🤎 Don't forget to use your Voucher before it expires!

07. CANCELLATION / REFUND

If a bill is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted.

This ensures that your Membership balance accurately reflects points earned from actual transactions.

08. CHECK YOUR POINTS & VOUCHERS

After registering for PAPIS Membership, you can check your points, Vouchers and transaction history directly on the website.

How to check

Log in → ☰ Menu → My Account → Points

In “Points”, you can view:

• Current points & total points earned

• Membership tier

• Redeemed Vouchers

• Voucher issue & expiry dates

• Point earning & redemption history

🎟️ Redeem Points for a Voucher

Once you have enough points, choose your preferred Voucher → Create Voucher → The Voucher will be saved in “My Vouchers”.
