Welcome to PAPIS. By visiting our website, making a reservation, registering an account, or joining the PAPIS membership program operated by JLK Global Co., Ltd., you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Scope
These terms apply to use of the PAPIS website, reservation requests, customer accounts, and membership program provided by JLK Global Co., Ltd.
2. Reservations
A reservation takes effect only after PAPIS confirms it through an appropriate channel. We may contact you to confirm the time, party size, or special requests.
If you need to change or cancel a reservation, please let PAPIS know as early as possible. For special occasions, group reservations, or bookings that require a deposit, the applicable conditions will be shared when you book.
3. Your information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a reservation or creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying PAPIS promptly of unauthorized use.
4. Membership program
Membership benefits, stamp conditions, rewards, and offers are governed by PAPIS' current notices. PAPIS may adjust or end the program when necessary and will provide notice where appropriate.
5. Prices, menu, and availability
Prices, menu items, offers, and availability may change over time. PAPIS aims to keep official channels accurate, but an item or offer may become unavailable because of ingredients, seasonality, or operations.
6. Lawful use of the website
You may not use the website to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, distribute harmful content, or infringe the rights of PAPIS or others. Unless otherwise noted, website content, imagery, branding, and design are owned by or lawfully used by PAPIS.
